Zingen bij de opera
Dutch National Opera is delighted that its favourite participation project Zingen bij de opera can take place again. Led by programme maker, pianist and chorus leader Ineke Geleijns, we will explore Dutch National Opera's new season in four rehearsals, rehearsing some famous choruses together.
The final presentation in front of your own audience (family and friends) will take place on 2 June 2024. Of course, the programme will not be without a professional soloist.
Take part and sign up here! Experience with (choral) singing is an advantage, but not a must.

Dates & practical information
Rehearsals will take place in the Chorus Studio at Dutch National Opera & Ballet on:
- Monday 6 May 2024 - 19:30-21:30
- Monday 13 May 2024 - 19:30-21:30
- Tuesday 21 May 2024 - 19:30-21:30
- Monday 27 May 2024 - 19:30-21:30
Dress rehearsal & presentation will take place in Studio Boekman at Dutch National Opera & Ballet on:
- Sunday 2 June 2024
- warm-up & walk-through incl. interval: 13:00-15:00
- presentation (open to friends/family, info and possibility to sign up will follow later): 15:30-ca.16:15
Maximum number of participants: 80

Costs and registration
The costs of participation is €70 per person. You can pay this amount via the registration below. After payment, you are registered. You will receive more information no later than a week before the start of the project.
