Discount for students

Dutch National Opera & Ballet offers students the opportunity to see opera & ballet at greatly reduced prices.

For performances that are not sold out, students can purchase a ticket at the box office for €19, for all price categories excluding first and premium. This offer starts an hour and a half before the performance, and visitors are required to present a valid student card at the box office. For sold-out performances, students can take a number at the box office, from one hour before the performance, and are eligible for the aforementioned discount once the regular queue has been served.

Don't forget to bring proof of registration, which will be checked at the door. A student card is only valid if it is clearly stated that you are currently enrolled.
