On Sundays and public holidays without a performance, customer service is closed.
Box office
The physical box office is only open on days when performances take place. On performance days, it opens two hours before the start of performances on the Main Stage and one hour before the start of performances in Studio Boekman. You can find the desk directly after entering the theatre.
