International Young Patrons Gala

The cultural event of the year. On Saturday 3 June 2023, the Young Patrons Circle is celebrating its fifth International Young Patrons Gala, showcasing the talented youth of Dutch National Opera and Dutch National Ballet. A festive evening of special performances and extravagant outfits, with drinks and refreshments included. The complete theatre presentation (with opera, ballet and maybe a few surprises!) is followed by a big party in the foyer with a DJ, attended by all the artists of the evening.

The IYPG is especially for everyone under the age of 40 who loves opera and ballet, or who simply enjoys special occasions!

Dress code: Black Tie
Doors open: 19:00

Special fifth edition

The International Young Patrons Gala is a celebration of the talent programmes supported by the Young Patrons Circle, and this year’s special anniversary edition is a particularly significant event. With five years of the Dutch National Opera Studio and ten years of the Junior Company of the Dutch National Ballet to reflect on, the gala promises to be an extra special celebration. The surprise programme for the evening will bring together not just opera and ballet performances, but also various alumni of the talent programmes, global stars, and young artists singers and dancers just starting their careers.
