Secondary education
Developing social skills, learning to collaborate effectively, and finding words to express feelings and experiences: an active introduction to art and culture is invaluable for the development of young people. Through our wide-ranging programme, they can explore the crafts behind the scenes, experience the joy of singing together, and discover how to tell a story through movement.

Actively engaging with opera and ballet
Workshops, projects & tours
Students actively participate and discover, in an inspiring way, how to express emotions or tell a story through singing, dancing, and acting.

Performances for younger students
Performances
To introduce younger students to the magic of dance, music, and theatre through school, we offer special school matinees: captivating operas and dance performances, tailored for young ears and eyes.

Well-prepared for a performance
CKV performances
As part of the CKV curriculum, attending a performance at Dutch National Opera & Ballet is made even more enriching with online teaching materials and a preparatory dance or opera workshop. We ensure your students enter the theatre well-prepared.
