About Nieuw Vocaal Amsterdam

Nieuw Vocaal Amsterdam (NVA) was founded in 2005 by Caro Kindt and is a classical voice training programme specialising in opera, accessible to all children and young people from 4 to 21 years old who enjoy singing. Since 2016, NVA is the regular children's chorus partner of Dutch National Opera & Ballet. In the upcoming seasons NVA singers will contribute to the DNO&B productions of Tosca, Turandot and Nutcracker & Mouse King.

Together DNO&B and NVA organise educational days during which children are trained for the opera profession. verzorgen samen educatiedagen waarin kinderen worden opgeleid voor het opera-vak. These choirs are among the best in Europe in their fields.
