Dutch National Ballet’s Junior Company is the place where young dance talent and innovative choreographers come together. In Ballet Beats, the group presents three world premieres alongside the Dutch premiere of a lively classic: Allegro Brillante by George Balanchine.
Choreographers Joshua Junker, Arielle Smith and Mthuthuzeli November bring fresh energy to the stage with influences from hip-hop, African dance and contemporary movement. With their bold and dynamic creations, they show us what the ballet of the future might look like. Experience the talent of this new generation of dance makers.
