Ticket Exchange
Tickets, once purchased, cannot be taken back by the box-office. But if you are unable to make it for the date of your tickets, the ticket exchange service of Dutch National Opera & Ballet can help.
The online exchange service of Dutch Nationale Opera & Ballet lists the tickets that are available to exchange or sell. You can browse the offers, to see if the date you are looking for is already available, or you can add your own offer:
To add an offer:
- Click the 'add offer' button and fill out the form. Make sure you fill in your email address correctly, as this is used to contact you. Your email address and telephone number are not shown in the overview of the exchange service. After your submit your offer, an email is sent to you with a hyperlink to confirm your offer. As soon as you have confirmed your offer, it will appear on in the overview below.
- After you have succesfully exchanged or sold your tickets, you can remove your offer from the overview, by clicking the 'X' symbol next to your offer. To make your offer easier to find, your name is displayed in your offer. Enter your email address, and you will receive an email with a hyperlink to remove your offer from the exchange service.
- The exchange service is offered by Dutch National Opera & Ballet, and is not intended for commercial use. Dutch National Opera & Ballet reserves the right to remove offers, and can not be held responsible for deals or transactions made through this service.
Alternatively, you can exchange your tickets (up to 1 day before the performance) by calling the box-office: +31 (0)20 6 255 455. There is a charge of EUR 3 for this service, plus the price difference: prices may have gone up due to our dynamic pricing.
