Faltering stream

How do I keep my stream from faltering?

A faltering online performance can have various causes and can often be traced back to the speed of your internet connection. To improve the loading of the stream, you can try one of the following things:

  • Set a lower video quality by clicking on the cogwheel at the bottom of your screen. Select 360p
  • Watch the online performance on a smaller screen. If you watch on a smaller screen, less data is needed, because of which the online performance will play better.
  • Check your internet speed at www.fast.com. If the speed is lower than 5 Mbps, chances are that the quality of our video is too high for your internet connection to play it.
  • If the online performance is not a live stream, you can rewind a bit and pause to video to enable it to load. After a few seconds you can click on play again and continue watching.
  • If necessary, you can reboot your modem. To do this, take the following steps:

    1) Disconnect the power cable from the modem

    2) Wait for 2 to 3 minutes until the modem is completely switched off.

    3) Reconnect the power cable.

    4) Wait a few minutes until the Internet light comes back on.
