Mezzo-soprano

Raffaella Lupinacci is one of the most sought-after mezzo-sopranos in the bel canto repertoire of her generation. She studied opera singing at the Stanislao Giacomantonio Conservatory in Cosenza, Italy, and took part in numerous master classes with world-famous singers, including Mirella Freni, before completing her studies with Maestro Fernando Cordeiro Opa. She is now a welcome guest at various opera houses and concert halls around the world. Roles in her repertoire include Adalgisa in Bellini's Norma, Romeo in Vaccai's Giulietta e Romeo, Rosina in Rossini's Il barbiere di Siviglia and Giovanna Seymour in Anna Bolena. She made her debut in this role with Dutch National Opera in 2022.
