Dutch tenor Linard Vrielink holds a singing degree from the Berlin University of the Arts in Germany. While still a student, he made his debut at the Berlin State Opera and Kammeroper Rheinsberg. Between 2017 and 2020, he was a member of the Berlin State Opera Studio. During this period, he collaborated frequently with chief conductor Daniel Barenboim and conductors such as Simon Rattle, Zubin Mehta and Peter Eötvös. He recently made his debut at Bergen National Opera in Norway as Tamino in Die Zauberflöte and was a guest on Dutch NTR radio show ZaterdagMatinee. In his concert repertoire, Vrielink has worked with the Berliner Philharmoniker with Kirill Petrenko, the London Symphony Orchestra with Simon Rattle, the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra and the Orchestra of the Eighteenth Century. In his previous performance at Dutch National Opera, he sang the role of Dritter Jude in Salome (2022).
