Jasurbek Khaydarov

Bass

The bass Jasurbek Khaydarov, from Uzbekistan, studied at the Gnessin Music Academy in Moscow. Khaydarov received the Emerging Voice award at the 22nd Concorso Lirico Internazionale Ottavio Ziino in Rome. He recently made his debut at Wigmore Hall in London and took part in the Young Artist Programme at the Salzburg Festival, where he sang the role of the Fat Englishman in Prokofiev’s The Gambler. He joined Dutch National Opera Studio for the 2024-25 season. He previously sang La Voce in Idomeneo on Dutch National Opera’s main stage.
