Elenora Hu
The Dutch soprano Elenora Hu studied with Dobrinka Yankova at the Utrecht conservatoire and is currently being coached by Nelly Miricioiu. She is an alumnus of Dutch National Opera Studio. Hu has performed at the Royal Concertgebouw and at the Rossini Opera Festival in Pesaro, where she made her debut as Madama Cortese in Il viaggio a Reims. In TivoliVredenburg, she made her role debut as Amina in Bellini’s La sonnambula. She regularly sings lieder accompanied by the pianist Amy Chang, with whom she won the IVC Vrienden van het Lied Prize in 2023. In May 2025, she came third in the Lotte Lenya Competition finals in New York. At Dutch National Opera, she has previously sung roles in Anansi, Dido and Aeneas in Paradiso and Ändere die Welt.
