Olga Pavliuk

Set designer

Olga Pavliuk studied scenography and theatre techniques at the Moscow Art Theatre School. From 2009 to 2023, she worked as a technical designer for the Bolshoi Theatre. In 2015, she was the technical director of the Russian submission for the Prague Quadrennial. She teaches set design at the Moscow Art Theatre School and the British Higher School of Art and Design. She has worked regularly with Kirill Serebrennikov, including on The Same Old Story, Kafka, The Little Tragedies, Nabucco (Hamburg), Parsifal (Vienna) and Lohengrin (Paris). At Dutch National Opera, she was previously involved in Der Freischütz.
