Mike den Ottolander
Lighting designer
Mike den Ottolander is part of the lighting design collective GVDO (Geldof Verhaart & Den Ottolander), which was founded in 2000 and provides lighting designs for a variety of theatre performances in various genres.
In recent years, Den Ottolander has mainly focused on theatre productions that address social themes and on dance performances where he is not only responsible for the lighting design but for the complete scenography.
Regular commissions include ISH Dance Collective, IRC, Zero Dance Theatre, Amenti Theatre Company and Isabelle Beernaert, as well as the productions of Solo Stories and the production house Wat we doen/Floris van Delft.
