The Dutch actress Julia Akkermans graduated in 2014 from the theatre academy in Maastricht. She played roles in theatre productions such as Het leven is droom by Toneelschuur Productions (2017), Borgen (2016) and Brave New World 2.0 at the NNT (2019) and 300 el x 50 el x 30 el by FC Bergman (2014). Julia can also be seen among others in the film Niemand in de stad by Michiel van Erp (2017) for which she won a Golden Calf for Best Female Supporting Role.
