Jorine Van Beek

Jorine van Beek studied at the Arts Academy of Maastricht and the Wimbledon School of Arts in London. Today, she is an international costume designer whose work combines the worlds of fine arts, theatre, opera and dance. In the past, she collaborated with opera director Lotte de Beer in renowned opera houses many times, for productions such as Le nozze di Figaro, Il trittico and Alcina. At Opera Zuid, she collaborated with the directors Sybrand van der Werf en Béatrice Lachaussée. At the Dutch National Opera, her costumes were used in the children’s production The boy who grew too fast.
