Jasmijn van Wijnen
Dramaturge
After a Bachelor’s degree in Cultural Studies, Jasmijn van Wijnen continued her education with the dual Master’s in dramaturgy at the University of Amsterdam. After graduating, she worked as a dramaturge with various directors in text, movement, music theatre and opera at Toneelgroep Oostpool and De Nationale Opera, among others, and wrote about theatre and opera for various media. She has worked as a theatre studies and dramaturgy teacher for the Theatre Studies programme of the University of Amsterdam, and at the drama school of ArtEZ University of the Arts in Arnhem. She joined Dutch National Opera as a dramaturg in 2020.
