Janiv Oron

The Swiss-Israeli Janiv Oron is a media artist and DJ. He composes experimental electronic music, he is performer and is active in different formations. He obtained his master’s degree in Contemporary Arts Practice, Music and Media art at the Hochschule der Künste in Bern and holds an independent position within collective and interdisciplinary working formats as an artist. In his electronic music, the development of timbre and texture is central, with which he creates advanced ambient atmospheres. For more than twenty years, Oron performs in the Netherlands and abroad on DJ battles, club nights, concerts, open-airs, parades and via the ether.
