Eva Arends
Costume designer
Eva Arends is a costume and puppet designer with a studio in Utrecht. She has created work for various youth and adult theatre companies, festivals, museums, musicians, orchestras, TV programme and marketing agencies. She has recently produced work for Het Filiaal Theatermakers (The Neverending Story and Er staat een olifant bij de bushalte) and Meneer Monster (Speelgoed). The production POPpulisme by Het Filiaal Theatermakers, for which Arends created the ten hand puppets, won a Gouden Krekel award in 2023 for the most impressive youth theatre production.
