Dody Soetanto

The Indonesian baritone and conductor Dody Soetanto studied classical singing and conducting at the Utrecht conservatoire. As a baritone soloist, he has sung in various oratorios and has performed opera roles with Nederlandse Reisopera and Dutch National Opera Academy, and elsewhere. He has conducted various choirs, including the Netherlands Radio Choir. He became the conductor of the VU-Choir in Amsterdam in 2021. He also conducts Collegium Utrecht, Leids Kamerkoor and his own ensemble VOKALISK.
