Hà Nhi Trân

Hà Nhi Trân was born in Hanoi (Vietnam) and danced at various local dance schools in Malaysia from the age of three. At fourteen, she began her professional ballet training at the Kirov Academy of Ballet in Washington D.C (United States). During her three years of study at the Kirov Academy of Ballet, she participated in the Youth America Grand Prix, among others. During this competition she was offered a scholarship that allowed her to continue her training at the Dutch National Ballet Academy in Amsterdam. She graduated here in 2023. During her training in Amsterdam, Hà Nhi had the opportunity to dance in several productions by Dutch National Ballet, including The Nutcracker and the Mouse King, The Sleeping Beauty and Swan Lake.    

Hà Nhi: “As I begin my first year in the Junior Company of Dutch National Ballet, I am looking forward to exploring the diverse repertoire offered this season, in the hope of expanding my artistry, potential and emergence as a young dancer. It is a great honour to join such a supportive environment, being able to create beautiful connections with dancers from all over the world, and, together, celebrate the 10 year anniversary of the Junior Company.”
