Brigitte van Hagen

Brigitte van Hagen combines music with visual and interdisciplinary arts. Since 2020, she is the creative director of House of Makers, an interdisciplinary collective based in Amsterdam. Through her performances, productions, and collaborations in innovative projects, she explores new dimensions in music and sensory experiences for a wide audience. Brigitte sings opera, early and contemporary music, and has performed in Europe, China, and the Philippines.

She obtained her master’s degree at Codarts Conservatory under Roberta Alexander and attended masterclasses with renowned artists such as Barbara Hannigan, Barbara Bonney, and Nelly Miricioiu.
