Henrik Ahr

German set designer Henrik Ahr works regularly with directors Michael Thalheimer and Tatjana Gürbaca. With Gürbaca he worked on the award-winning Parsifal at Opera Vlaanderen, Capriccio and the Ring trilogy at the Theater an der Wien. Since 2010, Henrik Ahr has also been a professor of scenography at the Mozarteum University in Salzburg, where he is also head of the stage and costume design department. He made his debut at Dutch National Opera in 2021 with La traviata.
