Mariam Potskhishvili

Mariam Potskhishvili (Georgia) began performing at the age of five with Metekhi, a dance company founded by her grandfather that specialises in traditional Georgian dance. At the same time, she developed an interest in classical ballet through her mother, who had received a classical ballet education. Mariam was admitted to the Vakhtang Chabukiani State Ballet School in Tbilisi and graduated in 2023.

In 2023, Mariam participated in the Ballet Beyond Borders competition in Montana, United States, and won a gold medal and a scholarship allowing her to train for a year with the Goh Ballet Youth Company in Vancouver, Canada.
