Dutch lighting designer Cor van den Brink designs for opera, dance, theatre, urban spaces and site-specific works. He has worked closely with lighting designers and with directors such as Pierre Audi, Christof Loy, Jean Kalmann, Monique Wagemakers, and many others. He created and redesigned several lighting designs, including for Poulenc's Dialogue the Carmelites at the Royal Opera House London with Robert Carsen, Puccini's La bohème at Palau de les Arts Reina Sofia, and the revival of Wagner's Die Walküre at Dutch National Opera with Pierre Audi. At the Cobra Museum of Modern Art, he designed the lighting for the "Karel Appel: the Opera" exhibition. He recently created the lighting design for the youth operas GOUD! and Een lied voor de maan and for Rigoletto at the Liceu Theatre in Barcelona.
