He is also the director of the Centre for Future Orchestral Repertoire. He gives regular performances with the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra, Orchestra Sinfonica dell’Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia, The Cleveland Orchestra, Los Angeles Philharmonic, San Francisco Symphony, New York Philharmonic, Toronto Symphony, Orchestre National de France, Wiener Symphoniker and NHK Symphony. Denève has also conducted at opera houses and festivals like Glyndebourne Festival, Teatro alla Scala, Royal Opera House Covent Garden, Deutsche Oper Berlin, Gran Teatre del Liceu, De Munt Brussel and Opéra national de Paris. His extensive discography includes recordings of works by such composers as Poulenc, Debussy, Ravel, Franck, Roussel and Honegger.
