Odin Lund Biron

Actor

Odin Lund Biron was born in the United States but trained as an actor in Russia, at The Moscow Art Theatre. After graduation, he was part of the Satyricon Theatre's acting ensemble in Moscow and played the role of Phil Richards in the Russian sitcom Stagiairs, among others. In 2013, he was asked by director Kirill Serebrennikov for the lead role in his production of Gogol's Dead Souls, after which he stayed on for eight years in the acting ensemble of the Serebrennikov-run Gogol Centre. The two work together frequently, including on the play Der schwarze Mönch (Thalia Theatre) and the film Tchaikovsky's Wife as well as on Der Freischütz at Dutch National Opera in 2022.
