Michiel Nannen

Michiel Nannen is the business manager of Dutch National Ballet at Dutch National Opera & Ballet. In his career, he has always sought a combination of working in business and in the cultural sector. Thus, on the one hand he has worked as business director at Theater Oostpool in Arnhem, dance company ICK Dans Amsterdam and Jakop Ahlbom Company, and on the other hand from his own company Artful Leadership for various multinationals, the (central) government and business schools. Throughout his career, Michiel has specialised in managing and guiding organisational change and accelerating learning processes, with the aim of creating a successful, inspiring and safe working environment for all employees.
