Franciana Nogues
Soprano
The young French soprano Franciana Nogues started out playing the violin and cello and studied art and literature at Sorbonne University in Paris before embarking on her singing studies. As of the 2023-2024 season, she has been a member of the Academy of the Versailles Royal Opera, where she will be appearing later this season in Vivaldi’s La Senna festeggiante. She has also won awards at the Arles Lyric Competition and the Concours Lyrique de Canari. She is a student at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris.

Franciana Nogues sings the role of Belinda in Dido and Aeneas in concert, on stage from 25 April to 6 May 2025 at Dutch National Opera & Ballet and in Arnhem, Enschede and Heerlen.
